Ingredients

  • 4 4 Whole Eggs (Breakfasts best friends)

  • 1 1 Avocado (Best Greens)

  • 4 4 Spring Onions (For that fancy touch because why not!?)

  • 10 10 Cherry Tomatoes (They’re tiny bursts of happiness)

  • 1 1 Cube of salted butter (Makes everything better)

  • 1 1 Small cup of whole Milk (For the fluffy smooth taste)

  • As required As required Salt and Pepper (Because you’re worth it)

Set by Step Directions

  • Set out all the ingredients in one place
  • Crack and whip the eggs into a bawl and chip the spring onions, avocado and Tomatoes
  • Add the cube of butter to the pan followed by the whipped eggs, wait 30 seconds and add the Spring Onions and Cherry Tomatoes
  • At this point it depends on taste, I like mine soft and moist rather than overcooked but depends on taste. I use the Gordon Ramsey egg cooking method of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Serve up and Enjoy!
